Tiffany N. Horne - Founder, Soulfully Driven 2 Serve

Where leadership meets service, and purpose ignites possibility.

Tiffany is a retired U.S. Army veteran, trailblazing leader, and community advocate whose journey from humble beginnings and a disadvantaged background has shaped her unwavering commitment to service and empowerment. Rising to the highest enlisted rank of E-9, she founded Soulfully Driven 2 Serve to continue her mission—this time, by equipping youth, women veterans, and underserved individuals with the tools to rise and thrive.

Tiffany brings more than leadership experience—she brings lived experience. As a woman of color in the military who beat the odds, her path fuels her drive to create equitable access, inclusive spaces, and life-changing opportunities. She holds multiple degrees and certifications, reflecting her dedication to lifelong learning and her ability to lead with both expertise and empathy.

Through programs in mentorship, STEM education, leadership development, and entrepreneurship, Tiffany helps others find their voice, purpose, and power. Under her leadership, Soulfully Driven 2 Serve is more than a nonprofit—it’s a movement to transform lives and build stronger, more inclusive communities.
